Leading law firm based in North York is growing! The firm is seeking to hire a commercial litigation law clerk.
Develop chronologies, budgets, costs outlines, affidavits, affidavits of documents, appeal materials and other court documents;
Summarize transcripts and complete undertakings charts;
Prepare and manage larger document briefs; and assist in the management of the document discovery process within Eclipse including searching and organize data and ensuring we are effectively using technological best practices.
Skills / Qualifications:
Graduate of a law clerk program
Possess strong drafting, analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills,
Excellent writing and proof-reading abilities, excellent attention to detail,
E-discovery exposure, advanced technology skills including Word, Excel, PCLaw and Adobe Acrobat and
Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
