Litigation Legal Assistant – work from home 3 days per week Permanent

Qualifications for this position and a list of duties are as follows:

• -process a Legal Assistant or Law Clerk Certificate, a minimum of 1 year related experience
• -have a solid understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure
• -be well organized, work independently and set own priorities
• -have the ability to effectively communicate both orally and written in English
• -have excellent computer skills
• -be able to prepare and issue legal correspondence
• -be able to prepare legal documents
• -filing and file maintenance
• -assist with trial preparation
• -scheduling of meetings, maintain lawyers calendars
• -prepare billings and pre-bills
• Other admin duties as needed.
• -assist with covering reception as required
