Fabulous law firm located at Yonge and Bloor is seeking a real estate lawyer to join their team!

Candidates should be a 2018 (minimum) call and have experience practicing real estate in Ontario with a strong knowledge of real estate law fundamentals, an exceptional ability to review and analyze title searches and problems and to find creative solutions to title problems, and a thorough understanding of Planning Act subdivision control provisions.  The candidates must have good ability to write clear legal opinions.  The lawyer will be required to assist a senior lawyer in investigation and analysis of lawyers’ malpractice claims in real estate and in resolution of title problems and eventually to take over the senior lawyer’s practice.
