Wills & Estates Law Clerk – North York Permanent

Law firm located in North York is growing! The firm is seeking to add a Wills & Estates Law Clerk. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates looking to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and growing environment.

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• Diploma from a recognized Ontario Law Clerk program certified with The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario;
• Applicants should have 4+ years of experience in estate planning and administration;
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written in English;
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, positive attitude, and ability to work well in a team environment;
• Experience with real estate and estate litigation will be considered an asset.
