Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk – North York Permanent

Fabulous law firm located in North York is growing! The firm is seeking to hire a commercial real estate law clerk. Firm offers: competitive salary, full benefits including an rrsp and many perks! MUST have: acting for private/commercial lenders on mortgage transactions

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• Diploma from a recognized Ontario Law Clerk program;
•  3 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Law;
• Experience working on complex real estate and land development transactions;
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English
• Ability to handle files independently or as part of a team;
• Residential Real Estate law experience would be an asset;
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, positive attitude, and ability to work well in a team environment.

In-office attendance of at least 3 days per week.
