Municipal and Planning Condo Development Lawyer Internship

The firm is looking to hire a Municipal Planning and Condo Development Lawyer to join their team. The incumbent will be involved in all aspects of municipal and planning law, including land use litigation, expropriation, environmental matters and appearances before various courts and administrative tribunals, in particular the OMB. You will also be involved in condominium development matters, including official plan and zoning by-law amendments, plans of subdivision, severance, variance, site plan matters and in structuring and negotiating, and development agreements.

Applicants must have excellent advocacy, interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a partial or full practice/portable book of business with at least 3 years of experience related legal experience.
