Corporate Lawyer – Barrie Permanent

Fabulous firm located in Barrie is growing! The firm is looking to hire a Corporate Lawyer. This position will involve corporate organizations, and re-organizations, structured financings and private placements, business acquisitions and dispositions, and in drafting and negotiating all manner of general corporate and commercial agreements.

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• Strong professional and academic credentials
• 5+ years of related experience in private practice
• Excellent drafting skills, a proven ability to handle files independently and as part of a team, and a desire to exceed expectations
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal in English
