Accounting clerk – law firm – North York – hybrid Permanent

Law firm located in North York is growing!  This position is an accounting clerk and the role is hybrid, in the office 3 days per week and 2 days from home. Fabulous law firm and terrific benefits!

Accounting clerk

This position will work as an integral part of the accounting team. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates looking to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and growing environment.

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a law firm accounting department;
• Experience with A/P, disbursement and G/L posting;
• Experience with ERP system for law firms, and working knowledge and experience with Aderant Expert is preferred;
• Technical accounting knowledge;
• Ability to multi-task while adhering to tight deadlines;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Team player with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
