Scheduling Administrative Assistant – family law firm Permanent

Prominent family law firm is seeking to hire an scheduling administrative legal assistant. Firm offers: career growth, fabulous FULL benefits, a strong teamwork culture (low employee turnover). This is working in the office.

Responsibilities:

• scheduling for a busy partner (meetings and mediations)
• send e-mails regarding accounts receivables (after billing cycle)
• send annual tax letters to clients
• other admin duties as required

Skills/ Experience Required:

• graduate of a legal assistant program
• 1 year experience working in a law setting, family law experience a plus – will train
• computer proficiency MS word, Outlook, etc
• excellent communication skills in English – written and verbal
• teamplayer willing to assist others and also work independently
