They are looking to hire a Client Intake clerk and who is also experienced with Accounts Receivable.
Responsibilities:
Client Communication
• Act first point of contact for new clients, coordinating the various steps of the intake process
• Correspond with new clients via e-mail and/or via telephone gathering pertinent information
• Schedule intake meetings with lawyers to assess client needs
• Follow up with clients to collect necessary paperwork, documentation and information as required
• Respond to client inquiries and requests over the phone and via e-mail
• Set up new client files in the firm’s database system
• Preparing client information for preliminary assessment by lawyers
• Assist with Accounts Receivable as needed
