Commercial Litigation Law Clerk – North York Permanent

Law firm located in North York is seeking to hire a Commercial Litigation law clerk.

• Assist lawyers with all aspects of commercial litigation files
• Draft and manage legal documents, pleadings, affidavits, and correspondence
• Prepare motion records, trial briefs, and court filings
• Manage document production, undertakings, and discovery processes
• Communicate with clients, experts, and court staff with professionalism and tact
• Organize and maintain files to ensure deadlines are met with accuracy

Skills/Experience

• Graduate of a recognized Ontario Law Clerk program (ILCO certified)
• 3+ years of experience as a Law Clerk in commercial litigation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
