The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• • Diploma from a recognized Ontario Law Clerk program;
• • 3 years of experience with annual minutes, annual returns, general compliance and corporate maintenance restructurings, reorganizations, incorporations, dissolutions, amalgamations and transactional work;
• • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, positive attitude, and ability to work well in a team environment.

In-office attendance of at least 3 days per week.
