Labour and Employment lawyer Permanent

Boutique labour and employment law firm in Toronto and we are seeking a motivated 5 to 6-year labour and employment lawyer. This role is hybrid, in the office a minimum of 2 days per week.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience working with clients and opposing counsel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in english
• Able to handle files independently, as well as work cooperatively as part of a team
• Represent a broad cross-section of both employer and employee clients and working in a fast-paced but fun office
• Be creative, client focused, entrepreneurial and interested in labour, employment and human rights law
• Be a member in good standing with LSO
