Law Clerk – Commercial Real Estate – 4 day work week Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Oversee real estate files from start to finish, complete administrative tasks
• File open and close
• Prepare closing documents/reporting letters
• Prepare billings
• Review purchase and sale agreements
• Prepare and respond to requisition letters Perform off title searches and request title searches

Experience/ Skills required

• 2 plus years’ working with commercial real estate files as a law clerk
• Law Clerk certification
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written in English
• Able to work independently as well as a team member
• Proficient with: Teraview, Conveyancer
