Primary Responsibilities :
– Manage and maintain the lawyer’s calendar and emails;
– Schedule meetings;
– Prepare and issue legal correspondence and legal documents;
– Filing and file maintenance system;
– Other duties as required.
Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Legal Assistant;
– Law Clerk or Legal Assistant Diploma;
– Knowledgeable with the ON Rules of Civil Procedure;
– Proficient with: MS Office, CMS, InterAction and ACL;
– Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal
