Fabulous Personal Injury law firm in Oakville is growing. The team is looking to add a law clerk.
Applicants are required to work in Oakville in office until processes are learned and then hybrid, be a certified law clerk, have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a personal injury law clerk in Ontario with AB and Tort files and comfortable managing files from inception to closure.
Responsibilities:
- prepare pleadings and other court documents,
- file organization and file summaries,
- schedule and coordinate meetings,
- communicate with clients, witnesses and other parties,
- prepare correspondence,
- manage case files, including indexing and filing documents.Qualifications
- 5 years’ experience with Plaintiff Tort and AB litigation,
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
- ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- graduate of a law clerk program
