Real Estate Lawyer – Kitchener Permanent

Fabulous law firm located in Kitchener is growing! The firm is looking to hire a Real Estate Associate with 3+ years of experience.

This is a great opportunity to join a great team of lawyers.

This role requires experience working with residential, commercial and condo matters. The role includes working on complex commercial financing transactions, and both Condominium Development and Condominium Management files.

Skills/ Experience/Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Ontario, experienced working with real estate files in Ontario

• Critical thinker able to work independently under minimal supervision;

• Experience drafting legal documents;

• Legal Research skills

• Strong attention to detail • Exceptional client service mindset • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to complete transactions from start to finish
