The Role:
The Real Estate Reporting Clerk provides support to our Real Estate Department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Taking direction from Real Estate lawyers and Law Clerks;
• Preparation of report letters/closing books;
• Respond to post-closing undertakings;
• Print, scan copying, filing and other organizational tasks;
• File opening and closing;
• Review and efiling emails and documents;
• Administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree;
• Completion of a post-secondary/college program which is legal/administrative in nature;
• 1 plus years of experience working in a legal real estate position;
• Understanding of real estate transactions and reporting;
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word,Unity and Teraview;
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
