Personal Injury law clerk – Oakville Permanent NEW

Fabulous Personal Injury law firm in Oakville is growing. The team is looking to add a law clerk.

Applicants should reside in Oakville (or surrounding area), be a certified law clerk, have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a personal injury law clerk in Ontario with AB and Tort files and comfortable managing files from inception to closure.

Responsibilities:

• prepare pleadings and other court documents,
• file organization and file summaries,
• schedule and coordinate meetings,
• communicate with clients, witnesses and other parties,
• prepare correspondence,
• manage case files, including indexing and filing documents.

  Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience with Plaintiff Tort and AB litigation,
• excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
• ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• graduate of a law clerk program
